Suriin. Diskartehan. Gawin.
🎓 Explore all 17 UN SDGs. Meet Filipino changemakers. Take real action as a class.

What is Kaunlarang Panlipunan?
Because the world needs kids who care—and can act.
In a time of climate anxiety, misinformation, and deep inequality, we don’t just want our kids to “know” what’s happening in the world. We want them to ask the right questions. Think critically. Collaborate with others. Speak up. And do something about it.Kaunlarang Panlipunan is our response to that calling—a 40-week guided course that invites Filipino homeschoolers to step into leadership while learning about the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Kaunlarang Panlipunan is not just a Social Studies class. It’s a space for students to:
✅ Analyze real-world problems through the lens of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
✅ Connect with local experts and changemakers
✅ Develop critical thinking, research, writing, and public speaking skills
✅ Take small but powerful steps toward action—starting now
Course Format
A 4-Week Rhythm That Builds Confidence and Contribution
Each month we focus on two SDGs. Each week is intentionally structured to lead from exploration to action.📅 WEEK 1 – Guest speaker OR SDG video + optional living book read-aloud
📚 WEEK 2 – Student narration + collaborative SDG research
📝 WEEK 3 – Model UN–style writing (position papers, proposals)
💡 WEEK 4 – Local action planning based on Filipino community needs

The SDG Giving Fund
📍 Every quarter, we choose 1 SDG to act on together through a field trip, donation, or campaign—funded by our SDG Giving Fund, made possible by your enrollment.✨ This rhythm repeats across 6 months so your child doesn’t just study global challenges—they respond to them, creatively and compassionately.

Suriin
They’ll learn to look deeper. Not just memorize.
We don’t rely on lectures or static textbooks as research. In the Suriin phase, your child will:
Explore real SDG case studies in the Philippinesthrough guest speakers and primary sources
Watch expert-led videos or dive into living books tied to each SDG
Narrate what they’ve learned to develop synthesis and critical thinking
Research what the SDG looks like in the Philippine context such as 💬 Why is hunger still a problem in our provinces? What does gender equality look like in our barangays?
This is where curiosity meets context.

Real Stories from Real People
Watch this page as we share our guest speakers during our live Zoom classes once a month!
Diskartehan
We train them to think like advocates. Not just students.
In Diskartehan, students collaborate in small groups to strategically:
Draft solutions in writing: advocacy plans, policy proposals, or campaigns
Learn respectful disagreement, diplomatic language, and research-based argument
Practice writing position papers and oral presentations
They won’t just absorb knowledge—they’ll be taught how to use it, articulate it, and refine it with peers.🧠 Leadership starts with communication. And this is where it takes root.
Gawin
We end with action—and do it together.
Every quarter, students vote on the most doable project among the 6 SDGs they studied. Then:
📍 We coordinate a field trip, donation, or outreach as a class
🎁 It’s funded directly by the ₱8,000 enrollment fee, pooled into our SDG Giving Fund
📸 Students get to document, reflect, and celebrate what they’ve done—together.By the end of the course, they’ll have:✔️ Explored all 17 SDGs
✔️ Participated in at least 2 meaningful action initiatives
✔️ Contributed to real communities
✔️ Built civic courage and community awareness
